Why is it that LGBTQ+ people demand tolerance, but don’t give it to Christians?
They call us haters and yet they spew hate at us, attack us on social media, and call us names
The world demands that Christianity don’t force our religion on them. Fair enough.
Yet now they try to tell us we have to include LGBTQ+ members as leaders, which goes against our beliefs?
We shouldn’t exclude them from our churches. They need church just as much as we do. We are all sinners and all fall short of God’s glory and perfection.
We can love and respect you without agreeing with the choices you make or the beliefs and opinions you have.
When did it become wrong to disagree respectfully? Is respect even a concept people these days understand? Is tolerance? Is representation?
You ask for more racial and LGBTQ+ representation in the media.
Do you see demands for Christian representation?
What about true representation for all? What about true tolerance?
Respect my beliefs and I respect yours, even though we disagree.
Stop being hypocrites and demanding things that you yourselves aren’t giving to Christians.
You call us the intolerant, homophobic haters.
Yet you are the ones being intolerant, anti-Christian haters.
I couldn’t agree more Joanna. I don’t understand that either.
I’m so glad I an not alone. I think it’s a huge problem.
